Pre-Trip Information

The following preliminary information will assist you with your travel preparations.

Travel Arrangements
We must have your completed registration form in order to finalize your arrangements. 

All customers and their guests will arrive on Friday, September 24, 2010 and will depart on Sunday, September 26, 2010.

When you have completed the registration process you will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration.  Please read it to verify that all the information is correct.

Incidental Charges
Additional nights at the hotel, room service, laundry/dry cleaning, telephone, internet access, gift items, items of a personal nature, tours and recreational activities not included as a part of your program or the inclusivity of the hotel, are considered incidentals.  These charges will be transferred to your individual account and will be payable directly to the hotel upon checkout.

Dress Code
Casual and comfortable attire is appropriate.

Golf Attire:
Women: Dress pants or shorts, skirt, blouse or collared shirt.  No jeans,
t-shirts or flip flops
Men: Dress pants or shorts, polo or collared shirt, No jeans, t-shirts or flip-flops

Weather
The average temperature in September is high 60’s during the day and in the low 40’s at night.
